Club Rules & Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

" Members are expected to uphold the good name of Manchester United FC and the Bagenalstown Red Devils branch at all times.
" To act respectful towards fellow members, away supporters and all members of the general public while representing the club.
" To support and comply with any disciplinary action that the committee deem necessary when dealing with conflicts.
" To respect and safeguard club property and the personal property of members and guests.
" Theft and/or wilful damage are unacceptable and subject to disciplinary action and/or legal action.
" Complaints must be in writing and addressed to the club secretary. The committee will review all complaints.
" A disqualified club member has the right to appeal a disqualification by submitting the appeal in writing to the club secretary.

Club Membership

" Membership must be paid in full and renewed by the end of July of the following year. Annual membership fee is currently €10 per adult and €5 per junior member. A junior member is deemed to be someone under the age of 18 years. Members must be Manchester United Supporters with the following three exceptions - (1) A carer for a member with any disability, (2) A parent/guardian to a juvenile member, (3) A special guest of the club. Non-Manchester United supporters who do not fall under these categories will be deemed ineligable to join the club.

Official Club Trips

" Only fully paid up members of the Bagenalstown Red Devils supports club will be eligible to travel on official club trips to Old Trafford.
" The Bagenalstown Red Devils supporters club do not take any responsibility for injury, damage or loss of property incurred by any member on any official club trip. Members should seek travel insurance for their own piece of mind should they wish.
" Allocation of tickets/spaces for club trips will be issued on a first come first serve basis.
" A deposit of €100 per person will be required for all trips to Old Trafford. The balance must be paid in full within 14 days of departure date.
" Juvenile members must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is also a member of the club.
" The club does not take responsibility for problems associated with travel, hotel rooms etc. This will be the responsibility of the assigned tour operator. For future trips solely organised by the club, the club will do its utmost to ensure that all travel and hotel facilities are up to standard and suitable for all members travelling.
