From Kilkenny: Turn right on Kilkenny/Carlow road at Royal Oak exit. Continue forward into Bagenalstown until you reach a T-junction. At T-juntion turn left and then take next right turn. Continue past St. Andrews Church and straight past vocational school. Cross railway bridge and keep left. Continue for one kilometre, turn right on bad bend at graveyard. House is second on the right. Black fence, only house with detached garage.
